| Thank you all for your comments. It struck me that most people feel they have to know what they see to appreciate what it does to them, or even for it to do anything to them. This is a photo of a circus acrobat spinning on a long cord. I thought it gave the look of an angel. Next time I'll be careful to enter a photo of something readily recognizable... |

| Way too abstract for "action" since I can't tell what it is... Might be a good shot for some other subject. |

| Now this is th etype abstract shot that makes me love this website. Nice job. Maybe the crop is too tall, but the composition, light and color are superb. |

| I think I know what this is. Ice skater? It's an interesting abstract image with nice colours, but I'm afraid it's just too abstract to reall work as an action shot. 4 |

| Blur is a great way to communicate motion, but IMHO it's overdone in this shot. |

| I'm guessing this is either ballet....or a Christmas ornament, but I'm really not sure. There is definitely something moving, but the action is hard to understand. |
