 Our power was off for 4 hours tonight and I thought I wasn't going to manage a shot at all. This was inspired by that experience (fairly common here, actually). Unfortunately it was a rush job, not intended for a diptych until I saw them on my computer, hence the aperture of the two halves doesn't match. I'll have to try to get it right some time.

Great idea!! Our power here is a bit unpredictable too. It's a rush to get the fish tank filters restarted when it comes back on.

I like the one on the right. It would be interesting to color the lightbulb, yellow, blue or gold...something festive...Our power goes out frequently as well, it gets old after 10 years of it!
