 I've been taking photos for the students of the Culinary Institute of America. I love saying that. We used to own that school -- but now, it is an official branch of the top cooking school in the world :)

I am so fascinated by the true art in world class cooking. I am such a grilled meat, veggies and fruit person, so when I go watch them and take pictures, I am in total awe at their craft!

Oh, I remember back when you shot it because your firm owned it. :) Another nice image from you. I especially like the lines of similar plates leading me to the chef.
