 A leaf that I froze in water about 3 months ago nearing the end of our tree's leaf shedding. We are cleaning out the freezer and I found it and decided to photograph it.

Now this is cool. What type of lighting did you use. The cyan/blue is really nice. The vibrant red of the leaf is brought out more by the contrasting color of the ice. The sweeping patterns of the ice across the right side of the left adds another point of interest. This is a beautifully composed shot.

I'm gonna have to show this shot to my 11 year old! He loves to experiment with putting stuff in the freezer...Eggs, Water balloons, lemons, bottles with stuff suspended in the ice....
