 Shot at Camp Elim, a Christian Camp outside of Woodland Park, CO. Lots of happy kids to pose for me! Shot on an overcast day, with flash.
RAW conversion to jpg. Global adjustment of levels. Converted to BW using Calculations. Additional levels adjustment. Global Noise Ninja, Global sharpening. Added simple black border. Save for web optimized to 150k.

I wish I could dodge and burn, but this is the best I could get it with global adjustments. Her eyes are begging for some lightening, but can't in Basic. I also wish I could clone out the lint on her shirt... Oh wait, are those hot pixels??? Nope, it's lint.
