Pretty simple, put a piece of white paper below the front holes to make them look like they go through.
Shot RAW, convert, crop, replace color (card and that tape I didn't see) curves, levels, resize, submit

Without the title though, at first glance I wouldn't have noticed the memory card.... I do really like the idea though!

Not a bad idea, actually a good idea. However, it takes away from the idea knowing that you taped an SD card to the back of the film. Also, most of the image is out of the field of focus. Using a smaller aperture would definitely have helped in this situation.
