 Ok - first of all - I wasn't actually going for deep DOF.. Switched modes half way through shooting and was pleased with the results.

Shot using a new fluorescent tube light with a piece of 80gsm paper loosely wrapped around. Shot with a very longer shutter and me waving the light around the setup to get relatively even light distribution and avoid highlights. (Patent pending "Lewis" lighting method! :-) )

Post editing wise: small auto-levels and Hue/Sat to remove slight custom WB inaccuracy.
