| Terrible lighting and white balance. Also, you need to use a faster shutter speed or quit shaking the camera. |

Ouch...hurts me just looking at it. Did you take that shot?
After reading the thread regarding this photo, please let me add, my comment has nothing to do with this woman's size. It has to do with the comfort level of those shorts she has on. From the photo, I don't find her overweight, I just think she has a poor sense of style and comfort. Seems to me she is looking for some attention.
