 My arms hurt after trying to get this done , centered and in the frame , and shooting with the self timer !

1)Rotate 90 deg
2)Clone tool to remove dust & bad pixels
3)Crop & ReSize
4)Convert to B&W

ouch! nice idea, unique. slightly out of focus though

think i might've liked to see it in color - good idea, but the final product seems a bit dull in tones.

focus seems a bit too soft and the shadows on the wall are a bit distracting

I think you need some more light source
