Got a 10 from me during the challenge..I think this is fantastic use of light, and subject, as well as composition. The tones add to the beauty of the photograph- who ever thought onions and garlic could like so sexy! :) This reminds me of a cover for a fine cooking magazine! Strong work!

Beautifully painted with light, soft colors, a wonderful paint-like look for this still life! 10 for me! :)

Great colors, and a perfect application of the technique (IMHO) - I'd like it more if the camera weren't quite so straight on into the basket; and you got a couple of burned highlights; otherwise it's great.

This is by far my favorite photo in this challenge.

Exquisite chiaroscuro isn't "painting with light", as such, even though it is. Lots of really nice photos in this got low marks from me, as I didn't think that they were on the topic. But this is still a really nice photo :-)

love the warmth and glow created by the light - it seems to be coming from everywhere -9

Damn. This is the first photo I was presented with to vote on. I passed on it at first and went to a look at a few more photos because it didn't seem to fit the challenge as I'd imagined it. And the first one can't possibly be the best one. At least a 9.

Nice warm lighting but not in the spirit of the challenge imo
