Something about this shot is very calming. I really like it. The one thing that bothers me is the blue light in the center that reflects, thus giving you two little annoying blue lights. A different angle would help, but would also change the dynamic of the shot. Other than that, it's a great photograph.

I like the illumination on the man and the background has a nice soft glow. I just wonder how it would look if some of the background, including the ceiling, were cropped out to put more focus on your subject.

I think if you had cropped to put him in the ROT it would have lost some of the clutter in the shot. Good Luck
