Made a snoot with aluminum foil for my mini Maglight, then "painted" the flower and then the leaves underneath. I used a green sheet for the background and lit it with another flashlight, but it was hardly visible, so I decided to go black with it in selective color.
PP: Convert from RAW to 16 bit Tiff, played with levels, curves, selecive color, saturation. Cloned out a couple hot pixels. Crop, resize, usm, add border, save for web.

nice use of painting to highlight the petals of the leaf - the DOF is pretty good but I would have liked a little sharper focus on the lower left petal
