Not my best work, and i know the horizon line is slanted, but i dont have the knowledge of how to fix it. (post processing).

I'm a Pepper, Your a Pepper!! The focus on this is just incredible!! I agree about the crop. The colors on this are so vibrant and pretty.

Really sharp picture! I wouldn't worry about the horizontal line. It's not the horizon and the table may be at an angle. The orientation of the can is more important imho. I agree about too close cropping on the top and right. Now, if you had condensation on the can I think it would really top it off!

This is interesting, the first thing I tried today was a soda can (7 Up), but it didn't come out at all, especially because of distortion. A little overexposed at the top right of the can, but I like the colors and the reflected color on the table.

I like all of the reflecting colors here on both the table and can. I agree that the cropped top is a bit distracting. As far as rotating, in PS I use Image-> Rotate-> Arbitrary and then type in how far to rotate it manually. I usually drag the crop tool to see how close it is to level. (Probably not the most efficient way to do things!) In this case, I think if you rotated though, you'd end up with a crooked can. You might need to use some of the transform tools to even things up a bit? Hope something in there is helpful!

I like the lighting on the can and table but do think that the cropped of pop top distracts a bit. As for the horizon line I just use the marque tool(PS cs2), expand almost the full size of the photo and rotate the crop to be paralle to the horizon line then crop. That's just one way to do it hope it helps.
