 with the not-so-vibrant colors on the poorly applied band, the left one is clearly fake (not that i'm suggesting the right one is real)

shot with tripod, two light sources. raw conversion in aperture v1.5.3, export as .jpg, load into pse-cs3 -> crop -> +25 saturation of yellow channel -> resize -> USM (150%, 0.5, 0) -> border -> save for web

Heh I woulda thought you would have received more guesses. Certainly did not deserve the scores of 1, 3, and 4. Of course you cannot suggest any of them being real since they are illegal! hehe BTW, good lighting. Go Team MC!

Umm Lets see. The label looks better on the fatter Cigar so I would guess it is the fake. Nice detail.
