Rush job. Lighting not as good as I'd have liked, but I've always wondered how this is done, and finally figured it wasn't as hard as I thought, so I gave it a try.

Good colors, nice and sharp too. The motion of the second hand is well-caught as well.

Like the motion of the second hand, makes me feel rushed for time!! I thought about taking a picture of my clock, too. Would be fun to see everyone's clocks.

Neat image. The challenge is a great way to experiment. Nice to see the clocks of other people; I have this view of my alarm clock every morning as I try to wake up and hit the snooze button (three times at least). I can't see it properly without my glasses, so it's always close to my face. I like your clock better; maybe I should get a red one :)

Nice experiment. Not too far off. Really like the red border that the clock creates.

I agree about the chopped off feeling. As I said it was a rushed job, I was working with a prime lens and didn't have time to position the clock just right. Also, for some reason, my tripod doesn't seem to be level, so I had to rotate the image just a fraction, losing a little more off the bottom. Had it been for a challenge, I'd have needed to get the technical side of this image better, but it was just an experiment.

Actually it was set at 3.2 sec. I guess the 4th line is just a bonus.
