I don't mean to be picky, but I feel you could've worked a bit more on the erasing of the blur layer. We can see the girl beside the right staffer pretty clearly, and his right shoulder is still blurred. I also would've straightened the pic to get the lamp posts perfectly horizontal. Just small details you have to look out for.
