I'm sure voters may be a little fatigued with selective desat picture but this one carries it off well.

Excellent use of selective desaturation. The boat seems a little bit superfluous and distracting however, considering the cranes are the focus of the photo. A tighter crop around them or a composition that focused on them would've made this even stronger.

I like the desat.. Beautiful focus & clarity. I think the only thing I would have added was a border for that finishing touch.. IMHO. 7 for me.
