I like the choice of subject but you should probably revisit it during different lighting - most of the background is a little bit too blown out.

There are lots of things that work for me in this image: the movement of the horses across the frame, the reflections in the water. The only thing that bothers me is the white "bank" behind the horses. Those highlights are blown out and they are distracting from the rest of the image.
