oh my gosh this must have been a nightmare to pose. i liek the contrast between the green and the tan colors. I think it lacks a key sharpness needed to bring out the hair of the dog and it is a little blown out but this is a cute composition.

I love the idea but I think the bird is lost in this set up. Maybe getting the bird to sit on something closer to the dogs head so you could zoom in a little more or just putting the dogs paws together and moving the bird to the front. I like how the wrinkles in the background match the wrinkles in the dog.
