 Originally took this photo for the Apple Insomnia Photo Festival. The theme of the contest (or challenge, if you will) was "growth." The photo placed 20th out of 700+ photos. Would have made a pretty kick ass entry for the Religion challenge, if you ask me, but alas, the timing wasn't right.
