I agree with focus. This challenge produced a lot of really lame results. There are a lot of great pictures scattered throughout that should have been closer to the top, and a lot of lame pictures that should be closer to the bottom. Great shot, Tom.

I just wanted you to know that I am surprised and disappointed you came in so low. I expected you to take one of the top 10 with this shot. The 7 that gave you a vote of "1" need to have their heads examined.

Good picture, but the angle is tough. Would have rathered more of the face.

Great lighting and a good photo

Very nicely framed, and great lighting. I love the little bit of motion blur in his hair.

A bit dark for the face, but his shirt comes through really well. Probably not the most attractive angle (up the face). Overall, not too bad. 8 Swash

I like the shot, although looking up at his nose may not be the most flattering of angles :)

The shadows on tyler's face make an interesting picture. I would have cropped awa his chest to bring more attention to the face.

very cool, when i saw the thumbnail i didn't think this was going to be very good at all, but i was wrong. the light radiating from behind him is awsome.

This is just as good as a posed picture, though very obviously a candid shot. Though not allowed for this challenge, I would recommend either 1) editing out the light on the far arm, or 2) duplicating it in various places over the black background and then, in either scenario, frame it!

Good thing the nostrils were clean :-)

Very good shot. What I miss is a story. What is happening ? What is he looking at ?. But it's still a good picture. =7. marcvg

What is Tyler doing? Walking with a bag? Playing the guitar? I think that including that would add to and explain his expression.
