i'm going to score this one low but i'd like to explain why as I know its annoying to get a low vote but no explanation.
While you've demonstrated great timing to capture this shot it is rather lacking in other aspects, such as lighting and general composition.
The green reflection of trees in the water almost draws more attention than the creature itself and does nothing to make the animal stand out.
Also, the animal does not completely feel the frame and has his bottom chopped off which is a shame as it looks incomplete. It also doesn't look very sharp and may have suffered from the dreaded camera shake. But please do not let these comments put you off as they are meant in a helpful way.
Polarising filters are a great way of controlling reflections in the water and may have served a useful purpose in this shot.
