Outstanding photo! I really like how you've got the shallow dof on foreground baserunner. It makes him a prominent element of the scene, yet the eye is drawn strongly to the hitter (helped nicely with the great leading line of the chalk baseline). And great timing on the shot with the batter and ball. All tied together excellantly with a great title. Great storytelling in this image. I also like very much the choice to go b/w. I think it gives the photo a kind of 'classic', 'timeless' quality. Great job!
