 Originally forgot it was advanced. That made things a lot easier. Flame is made for advanced.

Got a bunch of pseudo-appearing science stuff. The "beaker" is a flower vase". The bunsen burner is a camping stove. I wanted to have the water actually boiling, but I was nervous as to whether the vase could withstand such heat.

I like the sweeping lines created by the flame. They really draw your eye upward to the eyes of the scientist. Very cool!

This is exactly the type of shot I expected to see in this challenge, and you accomplished it very well. Nice work. The limited DOF works perfect on this image.

I like that your fire actually came out looking like fire. The leaf in the bottle is very detailed and very nice. Overall great image.
