 We were on a picnic and found this tiny young tree growing out of the stump of a huge ancient tree. Desaturated through hue and saturation. Bumped saturation on greens a little.

Would have been better for me if there was a little more contrast in the grey areas and if the green was a little greener.

I'm trying to comment on every image I vote on and I'm trying to be constructive, but honestly I don't have anything for this one... It lacks any sense of drama or creativity IMHO.
