 My son, Högni, after playing with water baloons with his friends. His name in icelandic means a male cat and thus his friends painted three black stripes on his cheeks. With his tounge in cheek he was acting upon his name.

Well taken. Great children's portrait. Selective desat doesn't really highlight/emphasise anything though. But it does have a nice effect.
