Seems kinda posed. On the dark side, I wish I could make out more of her hat.

nice shot but focus missed - difficult with close candids

Maybe this wasn't posed, but to the viewer it appears so. Also, it is quite dark.

This is beautiful. Children are candid in general, They are near impossible to get to pose without a cheezy smile. This is a natural shot in my book, but many of the viewers might think that her looking at the camera kills the candid. ? Beautiful subject, the eyes are reflecting a little strong, dead center of the pupils, this could be a problem in low lighting. Skin tone/contrast all fabulous. Nice work - Gotcha

A little bit dark and fuzzy, but good framing and subject.

Beautiful -- it looks like you got her attention then took the picture -- that's candid.

This is a great picture of a very cute child and as portraits go, I don't think it can be faulted. The use of B&W is great… I don’t have any problem with the picture but perhaps the challenge link is a little weaker – in my perception at any rate – than it could have been… I know that’s a matter for debate, and I hope the shot does well despite my opinion… (7)

I like the photo, but it looks more like a posed shot than a candid one.
