My granddaughter loves puddles.
The scene -- aside from the red vinyl raincoat and pink umbrella -- was almost monochromatic already. I selected Charlotte's raincoat and umbrella, reversed the selection to a new layer, desaturated, then added the reflected colors in the wet surface using a saturation brush.
I think the shot overall is a good one. My comments for what they are worth is that there is too much in the shot I would try some cropping options. I would try to turn down the color a bit.

I think the girl is a little unsharp...a bit more contrast there would help, in my opinion. Maybe up the reds on the coat to help separate the girl from the umbrella a bit as well? I agree that the reflection helps make the pic and adds that little bit of surprise.
For a challenge I would crop out the top 1/4 of the photo along the lines of the road left to right, and then maybe even crop much tighter on the left hand side, such a cute moment captured.
