He's very handsome and knows it, you've caught such a great expression, such attitude. There is beautiful texture in his fur.

This tiger has a negative attitude. I mean, it is not living up to its cultural background. No nice glint in the eye or salivating fangs, for instance. Get with it, mate. Shake off those bonds and roar with the pack.

he looks proud. majestic is a nice word but i like proud better. :) second look he seems interested in something. I like the tones, they are warm and natural. I love the little black spot on his nose.

I also like the pose, much more interesting than dead on and dull. To me, he looks like he just caught a whiff of something (though certainly it could be a noise). He looks very regal and judgemental. I expect a snappy British retort from him any time now. Technically, I am wondering about decreasing the saturation. I think the warm tones make it look less focussed than it is. Also, I am finding that the trees/poles in the background compete - I might experiment with making them less saturated too. Overall, nice kitty!

ok, you're working in a genre here and this certainly doesn't transcend the genre but it is a good example of the genre. The orangish tones in the trees match the tiger nicely. I also like how there are just three trees visible and they fade into darkness, kind of like the reverse of the tiger stripes. Also good is the crop. You leave just enough tiger for us to understand his pose and what it might mean, the noble, inquisitive upraised chin. Friend or food? he seems to be asking. One ear is perked. He looks like he would be a great conversationalist.
