It looks a little to dark to me, maybe not enough contrast, especially the flower.
I like the centered composition, and the DOF is really nice and works well in this image.....

An interesting concept with the grain - great you are trying new things! Not sure it works for me, as the pattered look in the center of the flower detracts from the depth (flower looks a bit flat).

I like the flower. Compositionally is too centered; maybe square crop would work better IMO. Post processing looks a little weird on my monitor, not sure, if I like it.
