This is a gem, your sunsets are sooo golden. Definitely has to do with your geographical location. The sun is so obscured by my area. Its hard to understand why no one thougt this would make a good cover, definitely ribbon potential in another challenge.
Wow, what a beautiful shot. Maybe not quite right for the challenge which is why is scored so low. Might have taken the blue in the recent Rural Landscapes challenge, though. =]
A very nice picture with lovely warm color. Probably not doing well, though, since while it does meet the DPL challenge, most are looking for a CD-like cover presentation.
To me, it seems like you sorta shoehorned it. I mean, I know your title is what it is, and pretty much any subject goes as long as the title fits. But I really would have felt better about it matching the challenge description if you had made it look like an album cover with the square crop and some text. Great photo, though.
