REaction>>> The name of the collection it resides in says it for me...Strangeness. ;) I keep trying to figure out what is casting the shadow, then I figure it out, then I second guess myself, then I find the two wires and look again. I find the blotchy quality of the lighter areas on the wall to be a nice foil to the otherwise defined shapes. Not really my style. Sepia toned or natural colors? |

Hmmm...my reaction? I think of chalk, and the two parallel lines remind me of music for some reason. I like the colors, and I like the white splotches near the top. Almost too much empty space for my liking. Very interesting though. |

I love how erect this is. |

my reaction is: gorgeous. my reaction is: chocolate. really good milk chocolate from Paris in a wrapper made of real gold foil, AND a creamy liqueur to go with it. Those two lines may seem like a mistake but in a picture with so little detail they are actually refreshing and help balance the composition. This just seems like perfection to me. |

I'm quite taken with this, Gnarf! I admit I wish the parallel lines were either stronger or absent, but my gut reaction was very positive. |

puke color. interesting dynamic. wish the shadow as more focused. or sharper. no wait - wish the line between the shadow and not shadow was stronger. why? |

this is beautiful. i love the colours and how smooth the shadow looks, they make me feel this is not taken when the light is harsh, but rather with a soft light probably during the late afternoon or early morning. |
