Not a fan of the Selective saturation either. I'd also go for a tighter crop. Very well composed!!

I like the basic photograph a lot, but I don't like the selective saturation. I feel that it takes attention away from the baby's face, and away from the sense of 'oneness' of mother and baby that you have, otherwise, illustrated so well.
