Greets from the Critique Club
This photo is a great shot in low light. The hand and arm moving do distract from the quality of the shot.
The colors and crop are good. It looks like it might be a bit smoky in there, which works.
I guess the biggest problem with the photo is tieing it to a cultural event. I don't see how it fits.
