There are two main reasons for wearing a mask in Japan. One is not to pass on or contract a cold or flu; the other is to screen out pollen during the wearer's allergy season. (People are allergic to different pollen which come out at different times of the year. However, the main one is cypress pollen, but there are also various grasses.) |

Wow! This is amazing! The richness and texture is unbelievable. I could mistake it for an oil painting -- yet -- you can tell it is just photography at its finest!
