I agree, this is very other worldly in look. The only thing I might have done differently would be to crop out the top part of the photo and bring the attention (totally) to the person and the mask.

This has an eerie unusual feeling about it, and guess that is due to the mask..... Nice DOF here in this one.....

Very surreal and strange looking. For this shot, a tighter crop on just the face would have really shown that wonderful blur of the mask over the face, giving it a unique and different look.
