This was taken on our way back to my car. I was sitting in the front seat of Jutilda's car -- moving -- and I took this at an 800 ISO with an aperture of F/5.6 and a 1/6400 shutter speed.

I did clone out a litte traffic light. It was just too easy not to do it. It was in a clump of trees.

Later I'll post some pictures of everyone, but I wanted to get this in for Day 7 :)

too bad we cannot clone out traffic lights in real life lol. the sky looks awesome and the clarity of it really helps the building stand out apart from it.

I'm just always amazed at how few people you get in your shots.
sure, they may have gone the way of the traffic light, but I don't think so.
lovely work again.

At least you weren't standing in the middle of the road!! Did you use a GND filter on this?

So let me get this right...you are in the front of a moving car and you still manage to take a better shot of a building than I would with plenty of set up time....sigh!!!!!

Like the whole overall impact of what you have captured, but the graduated sky and the way it makes the dome stand out is simply sublime

Great shot of the capital. Since this isn't a complete shot of the capital I think the road leading up to it actually adds to it. Another nice conversion.

The tonal quality on this is amazing, Sandy. Very good job. Beautifully clear. I think I might have chosen a little less road on the bottom. But that's just a taste thing.

Beautiful old Capital Building. Isn't it nice when traffic gets out of your way for a shot that requires so much street. I love the perspective of the street leading to the building. Nicely processed Sandy!

Excellent shot Sandy, especially considering how you took it. Great tones here too.

Wow Nicely done. Doesn't look grainy at all. I always hesitate to do it at that high of an ISO. Great B/W processing, focus and composition.

Great sharpness for a moving image; you stopped time! I love the gradient in the sky, and little groups of people here and there. If it were me, I might straighten it up and try a bit more contrast, but I might not, too :)

the perspective and the POV are great. i like it a lot the way you captured this street leading straight into the building. very nice.
