My husband and his brother are twins so I thought about doing the Zax. Unfortunately my brother-in-law was not available. So I was going to do Cindy Lou Who holding a large red christmas ornament but my youngest was not willing to be my model. So I decided on The Lorax.

I LOVE Michael's Arts and Crafts because they had the materials that saved my idea. The top of the truffula tree is a feather boa clip! 3 of them clipped together on top of the twisted pipe cleaners that I used for the trunk. Then used spanish moss at the bottom to prop it up in a hallowed out ceramic tree trunk (a water bin for reptiles) The words are the vacation alphabet foam stickers also found at Michael's Arts & Crafts.

This was shot at a 45 degree angle looking up so I could get the clouds. I used Underexposure with Flash Fill in technique to get the lovely level of detail in the foreground objects.

great idea and composition. The shot is showing as having a lot of grit in it may be a bit too much enhancemment = 6
