Very sick today.. so I did up another shot from yesterday (and after ribbing on a person for giving 3 shots from the same day yesterday too.. the shame.. the shame.).
Not much to tell about this one. I really like how the two trees formed a sort of "archway" over the path here. Unfortunately, due to intense sunlight there was nothing I could do about blowing out the clouds.. more's the pity. I tried to paint some life back into them, but it didn't work that well.. they ended up just looking muddy and .. well.. painted. Also, There's no way I'm trying sky replacement with that tree there.. that's a billion pixel hack job. lol.
Conversion was done in RawShooter Essentials, then tweaked with curves, levels, channel mixer, and selective color. Jack of All Conversions, me.
On a final note, today is the last day with the 18-55mm lens.. yaaaayyy!! |

| I think the sky looks fine...is this the muddy and painted sky or did you opt to not use it? Either way, hope you feel better soon. |

| What an odd tree, huh? It almost looks like it's trying to give shelter, but it really isn't all that big. Until you see that gorgeous sky above. Nice direction and clarity. |

| strangely enough I would have gone for the tree next to the path as the subject.. but that's me... The tree on focus has a very elegant bow to it.. it's well settled against the backdrop and the sky.. |
