Love the shot. Needs a little adjusments. Maybe unsharp mask for clarity and noise reduction. Noise can be seen in the darker areas behind the baby. I like it a lot. Make a few of those changes and resubmit.
Excellent shot! This is the kind of personal portrait that transcends the need for the viewer to know the subject intimately. The centering works very well here and b+w is good too. I would crop out the tiny portion of the window at the top though - it's much cleaner without it.
