| This simple shot is one of my favorites of your so far. I think the simplicity is a key here. I would like a little more darkness to the contrast, but I tend to go overboard that way :) I like the composition and the dof. The whites in the background make a nice natural setting to set off your subjects. |

| deb, this is the best out of what i have seen so far. great job on the conversion. great focus, great clarity, nice separation from the background. good contrast of black and white! |

| I like pinecones. I'd have been tempted to a tighter crop, sloughing off most of the left hand side of the image. |

| Very nice black and white. Good range of tones, nice separation between the subject and the background. Nice hint of some bokeh back there as well. |
