 My 3yo had an ear infection with a high fever. She wanted to go outside on a chilly, windy day to wait for the bus with her big sister and myself. I wouldn't let her come out so she watched from the door.

The emotion she displayed was so overwhelming to me and I lifted my camera to take a shot without even thinking about it. I had the camera in hand because I was shooting her sister in her new birthday clothes.

Well it's a well taken picture but I can't really say i'd like a print of it in my house. It's bad enough seeing anyone cry, but a 3 year old girl? Man that aint a nice feeling.

Kudos for taking it and sharing it with us though, it shows that taking pictures is more than making things look as pretty as they can, but is about a message.

Oh the poor little thing, this is heartbreaking, it so easy to feel her pain. I really like the PP on this image the the colours lend strength to the image.

the emotion capture is overwhelming. so genuine that it is easily felt by the viewer. the editing further enhances this feeling. very good photo.
