This macaw was playing peek-a-boo with one of the zoo keepers. It has a playfully sinister look about him. It was overcast at the time of the image. It was also starting to drizzle rain so the little spots on its feathers are water droplets.

A pleasing bold and simple composition. Did you consider cropping it slightly? I might be tempted to bring in both the sides so that the background doesn't show at the right hand edge, but still keeping the eye on the 'third'.

Exellent colors and perfect focus. Looks like you might have some hot pixels there on the feathers but it could just be the bird.
