We had to bring a guy out to focus the projectors and we had to sit around in case he needed help and my boss let me take photos during the down time :). Can you find the projectionist? I like the color better I think. take a look if your tired of looking at all these B&W's ;p.

Very cool, this looks good in either b&w or color. Nice shot.

The color version is very beautiful with those lovely blues and hints of pink in the sky, but the B&W really makes you appreciate the shapes & geometric patterns in the roof AND those stars really pop visually. From the B&W version I get a stronger sense of a symbolic juxtaposition/relationship of the man-made roof of the pavillion and a natural "roof" of the sky full of clouds and stars. The pavillion with it's roof over the stage provides entertainment for the masses with all those empty seats. But so too, does the night sky put on a lovely show to the entertainment of those who take the time to look skyward every once in a while. I really love the tones and contrast here for they are spot on.

Wow the black and white really makes something different out of the clouds in the sky. Were the stars part of the original pic? The sky is gorgeous in both pics. I like how the pavillion is kind of projecting into the sky. Not sure if I like the B/W or the color better.

He's in the bottom right corner :P
The thumbnail looks like a giant, out-of-the-water boat. I think I like the pavilion better thought. Very cool perspective and brilliant sky!

I can't do night shots for pffffft, so I'm really impressed when someone does it well. nicely done. I like the mix of sky and metal architecture. Great mix of natural and man made. The geometry rocks.

That's a really cool image, I especially like the stars in the sky. (I found the projectionist but only after looking at the colour version)

Very nice long exposure and light play.. nothing bad to say about it at all except that I wish I had taken it.

Joe, I can NEVER get tired of your version of black and white, the blue IS nice, but you just have a way with the B&W.

What a great moment to 'grasp' - just love the stars & clouds.
