 A Tractor found around my neighbourhood, except my neighbourhood is a highly urbanised area. that made the tractor such a funny animal in an environment it was not entirely made for.

I contrast it against some high rise apartment to bring out a further contrast to where the tractor is.

Firstly, I increased the contrast of the image to enhance the colours. Originally the image was coloured from the grass to the buildings at the background, in order to bring the tractor out in focus, I removed all other colours through the hue/saturation function in Photoshop, removing all greens and yellows respectively. The reds were left as they are.

I like the contrast between the urban landscape and the vehicle for fields, red gives it a character in front of whites and greens. IMHO just a little bit shallower DOF would have helped to smoosh the busy background. Alltogether nicely done!

The tractor stands out well and is a good subject. I might have cropped the top of the photo more. The building is too bland to include too much of it, just enough to contrast the with the tractor.

Hehe love this one .... the colors are great and it looks to me that this vehicle does not belonge to this place :) I love that. I would thoug like to see the grass green ... but I give you 8
