 there was very little color in this to start with so just basically boosted the contrast

This is an interesting shot, however I feel there is too much extra bike showing. I think it really distracts from the image. Maybe a sharper angle, or closer in... You did do a terrific job with all those reflective surfaces.

Well this is a great close up shot, of your "boys" big toys.....The background DOF is really excellent and the close up detailed part of the image is so sharp and so well focused.

I like the water droplets, they add interest. But this makes me miss my bike :(

Nice shot, I like the high contrast. I might have tried a variation that had a bigger dof since the bike seems to be the main subject rather than the ? cylinder head.
