Set White Balance.
Duplicate Layer.
Levels to Bottom Layer (Darken).
Layer Mask to Top Layer.
Paint Brush Black on Blown Highlights.
Flatten and duplicate layers.
Eyedropper colors on eyes and paint over glare with various browns.
Paint in pupils with Black and highlights with Light Blue (eyedroppered from surrounding areas).
Dodge midtones and highlights on eyes.
Saturate eyes with sponge tool.
Duplicate Layer.
Change canvas to 8x10 with additional area at top.
Eyedropper and clone adjacent colors to fill in blank area and to remove some distractions in BG.
Adjustment layer on top.
Paint out BG around edges and top.
Flatten.
Blur tool to BG.
Curves.
USM.
