Simple shot, nothing complex about about:
Changed the:
Cropped,
Color Balance,
Contrast,
Added a Warmer,
Played with Saturation,
and tweaked Shadow/Highlights.
Yes, I those are my paintings in the background. I think I just wanted to show those more than my photo!
Nothing complex, was just looking to take a simple shot. It did turn out a bit grainy after the final tweaking, but overall, I feel I took an average shot and am not looking for gold on this one. Really just curing my desire to take and submit a photo in the hour I have between work!
I feel like I should only submit my best work, but honestly- I enjoy some snap shots to keep me tweaking and editing my basic skills. I'm sure I'll learn alot from this photo, like the others before with some critiques from DPC.

| Hmmm, I thought I commented on this already - it was in my top tier in voting. I liked the novel, thoughful approach, and the fact the sides are NOT exact, but symmetrical on another level. Very nice! |

| This is symmetry understated and as a result is a superb photo. The compositional elements are terrific and the use of lighting is terrific. The focus seems a bit soft, not saying mis-focused just soft. Also the right photo seems slightly askew or maybe just an optical illusion (yes I am nitpicking). I think this is a wonderful shot. |

| I like this idea, though I do not like the lighting. Maybe some reflector (like A2 white paper :) ) or a light source on the left would've made that better, more symmetric. -6- |
