| This isn't a bad shot. However, the color seems a little dull and in IR's you usually want the colors (especially the whites) to jump out at you. Compositionally its pretty standard; centered, kinda plain but for this subject matter there really isn't much else you can do with it without losing detail. I think it might be cool to see it at more of an eye level view so that there is more sky, less ground, and it doesnt seem like you're looking up at it so much. But again, I dont really know if that's possible since I wasn't there. Also, if you're good at editing it might be nice to clone out some of the trees, or at least the one on the far right just poking itself into the frame. Overall, I think it is a good picture, I really like these trees. I would also like to see it not in IR, B&W might be nice. Sorry, if that wasn't the kind of comment/critique you wanted. |
