Great points in the comments here.. "brackgrounds make or break a picture" is right on and really summarizes why this is a good picture not a great one. The car is aproblem as are the white posts - you are right there tho.

Nice shot, great b/w tones and contrast. However, that Porche in the backround is a bit distracting, the fact that I, not even close to being a car nerd can make out the model means it´s too distracting, I know that you would probably have lost that moment had you moved to the right a bit but that is still my suggestion to improve this photo. Love the rest of it and gave a 7.

Cute candid. That little boy's expression is priceless. Nice B/W tones too.

Shame about the car. Backgrounds either make or break a photo

Often the best photos are the ones that capture a moment...you did that brilliantly here. The b&w conversion is pretty kick-ass as well!

Subtle inclusion of the Porsche. Love the little one's expression.

Nice. What delight you captured in the little one! I wish the car wasn't there.

Really cute. It would be less distracting if the car were not in the background. Those white poles poking up out of the ground give it more of a snapshot sense as well. The focus and DOF is good.
